Zam Zam Tower

ZamZam Tower is a residential high-rise project in East Goran, Khilgaon, Dhaka, developed with Softland Construction Ltd. In a dense, lived-in part of the city where new construction meets established neighborhoods, the project aims to offer a contemporary residential experience with a strong street-facing identity. The design approach focuses on efficient floor planning, clear circulation, and a façade composition that balances openness with privacy. Attention is given to daylight, ventilation, and comfortable proportions, resulting in a building that feels modern and composed within the energetic urban fabric of Khilgaon.
