Shopno Bilash

Shopno Bilash is a residential high-rise project located in JIC Aftabnagar, Dhaka, developed with Softland Construction Ltd. Set within a dense and evolving urban area, the project is shaped by the need to balance a strong exterior identity with a livable interior environment. The design emphasizes efficient floor planning, clear circulation, and comfortable apartment proportions, while the façade language is composed to feel modern yet composed, using carefully placed openings and shading ideas suited to the local climate. The intent is a building that reads as confident and contemporary, without sacrificing everyday comfort for the residents.
