La-sand is a compact commercial building in Chittagong by Crack Platoon Design, shaped for a city defined by port activity, vibrant streets, and a distinct coastal climate. The design concept blends architectural clarity with a welcoming, human-scaled presence, aiming to create a place that feels approachable and memorable for visitors. Landscape elements and outdoor thresholds are treated as part of the experience, softening the built form and improving comfort in warm weather. The project balances practical commercial planning with a contemporary aesthetic, presenting a clean identity that fits Chittagong’s energetic urban context.
