Islam Tower

Islam Tower is a residential high-rise envisioned for Softland Construction Ltd. in Aftabnagar, one of Dhaka’s rapidly developing neighborhoods where new apartment buildings are reshaping the city’s residential fabric. The design aims to create a calm, contemporary urban residence that feels refined from the street while remaining practical and comfortable inside. A clear vertical organization guides residents from entry to upper floors, and the façade composition balances privacy with daylight and air movement, responding to Dhaka’s warm, humid climate. The project’s overall character focuses on proportion, rhythm, and a dignified presence within its busy surrounding context.
