Khulna’s urban development faces the dual challenge of modernizing infrastructure while preserving community and culture. Existing spaces are often functionally disconnected and aesthetically inconsistent. The project identifies this lack of integration as both a social and architectural problem.
Softland Islam Tower is envisioned as a mixed-use complex that unites residential and commercial needs within a single coherent structure. The design aims to maximize spatial harmony, visual balance, and accessibility — turning the tower into an emblem of progress for Khulna’s growing skyline. It reflects the belief that architecture should not just occupy space, but improve how people live and interact within it.
